We just did some renovations on our home, and the windows and tracks were thick with drywall dust and mortar. Miguel from Awash came out and did an amazing job cleaning our windows. I think they are the cleanest they have ever been. He is a very personable guy and they have great attention to detail. When they were done, the windows were spotless and they left no mess inside and out.
Miguel and his team are the best! The windows in our home are a major feature of the house, so we clean them frequently. We’ve used a few different window cleaners in town (many come and go, unfortunately), but Awash is truly exceptional. They’re careful, conscientious, friendly, and reasonably priced. Exceptional Window Cleaning Service – Highly Recommend! I recently had my windows cleaned by Awash, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. It had probably been over 10 years since they were last cleaned, so they were in pretty rough shape. Awash scheduled my appointment within a week of reaching out, and their team did an outstanding job from start to finish. I had put off getting my windows cleaned for so long because I assumed it would be expensive, but I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their pricing was. The team arrived promptly and cleaned both the inside and outside of every window in the house with incredible attention to detail. Later that day, I had guests over, and even they were amazed at how spotless the windows were — they said it looked like there wasn’t even glass there because it was so clear! If you’re considering getting your windows cleaned, don’t hesitate to give Awash a try. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent results speak for themselves. You won’t be disappointed!

Miguel the owner and his employee, Ray were quick, efficient and progressional! All our windows look as amazing as the photo below does! They removed all our screens and sun shades and washed the window sills and had me inspect them to make sure they were done to my satisfaction! And they were sparkling clean! They were courteous and their fee was beyond reasonable for the quality work performed!! They will be on maintenance for our window need, carpet or tile needs! I definitely recommend them!

This was probably the best thing we have done for our home in 20 years! We had Awash come and clean our carpets and tile/grout. We had honestly been thinking we needed to replace our tile, and certainly our carpets, as the staining was just so bad. Our grout was completely black from years of neglecting to seal and clean it properly. Awash came and cleaned it all BEAUTIFULLY! Our carpet looks almost new, and the tile and grout are gorgeous! It saved us thousands of dollars on the new flooring we thought we needed. Thank you, Miguel and the entire Awash Team!

We were given the window cleaning as a gift and it was much needed. Miguel showed up right on time, was very professional and polite. Took about an hour and a half to do 17 panels inside and out. We recently purchased a house whose windows appeared to have not been cleaned in many years. Miguel and his team do the windows at our corporate offices and they look great, so I thought Id give them a call. Miguel the owner showed up early and ready to go. He spent extra time getting the calcium deposits off our high windows and made the entire house look brand new. He fixed our sliding glass door which we had struggled with since we moved in. He was courteous, friendly and did a fantastic job. I cant wait to share his company with all my co-workers and friends. We are anxious to get him back to to clean our tile and grout. We are thrilled and will use Miguel and Awash on a regular basis.

Miguel was AMAZING! You never know what you are going to get with a Groupon but I hit the jackpot. Amazing job done on my windows but beyond that they were fabulous to connect with. They emailed me right away and then when I called them directly to schedule someone answered the phone and scheduled me almost immediately! They called a few hours before the appointment to confirm and even offered to arrive earlier than we had originally planned because they were ahead of schedule! The job was done quickly and everything was left just as if was found only cleaner!!!! And to top off an already awesome experience Miguel received my dogs bark of approval although he may have been bribed with being petted ;)

I have used Awash several times, and they do a wonderful job for a very fair price. I even had them shampoo an area rug, and they did a good job on that, too. They get back to you when you call, they show up when they promise, they do a great job, they don't ruin your screens or trample your plants. Always pleasant encounter.

I called several house cleaning and window cleaning companies to receive a quote and time. Most quotes were high and the ones that weren't were scheduling for the new year. I spoke to Miguel at Awash and he offered to come same day to view the scope of work. The price for all the windows inside and out was very generous compared to other companies. Miguel was able to schedule the job same day. Ray and Squint did an outstanding job. I have a large window in my shower that I have wasted at least 4 hours scrubbing soap scum off. It took Awash a total of 15 minutes to make that window look almost new. So worth every penny. Will call again. Thank you guys!
